Advanced Aviation Explorer

The Advanced Aviation Explorer is a two-seat ultralight kitplane, marketed for homebuilding or amateur construction. The aircraft was produced under several names between each company owning the right to manufacture the kitplane’s design. The Explorer and its variants are often used for photography and banner towing, due to their excellent visibility, especially without installing the optional fiberglass cockpit. The construction is of aluminium tubing, with monocoque wings, taildragger landing gear and pusher propellers, which can be assembled in under 250 hours.
