Beechcraft 99 Airliner Ground Power EquipmentIntroduced in 1968, the Beechcraft Model 99 – also known as the Airliner 99 or Commuter 99 – was design based on its predecessors, the King Air and Queen Air, however with a new and meticulously designed nose structure. It has been developed to replace the Beechcraft Model 18 with development commencing in the early 1960s. Elements adopted from the previous aircrafts include the engine and sub-system, derived from the King Air, as well as wings from the Queen Air model. Today, the aircraft is largely used for freight and other utility purposes.
