British Aerospace Jetstream 32

The British Aerospace Jetstream is a small, twin-turboprop regional airliner, developed by British Aerospace. The aircraft was a derivative of the predecessing Handley Page Jetstream. The promising decision to further develop the aircraft came about 1978, with the “Mark 3 Jetstream” designation. This new prototype was equipped with the more powerful Garrett (now Honeywell) TPE331-10UG engines, allowing for longer overhaul intervals. The finalised aircraft design received the Jetstream 31 name. In 1988, a further engine upgrade was completed, utilising twin TPE331-12UHR engines, the new aircraft designated the Jetstream Super 31 name, which later became known as the Jetstream 32.
