If you’ve purchased any BAHCO products from us, were you aware that all BAHCO tools are covered with a lifetime warranty? That’s right, all BAHCO hand tools are offered with a lifetime warranty; against any potential material and manufacturing defects. “Lifetime” is defined as the period a tool can be expected to last under normal use and conditions.
If you’ve unfortunately had a tool break on you, no problem! Either bring it in to us (and check out our tool shop whilst you’re here), send it to the address provided within our Contact Us section on the website or even send us a few photos of the damaged tool in question and we can arrange a replacement free of charge. If we have it in stock, we can replace it straight away without any hassle, otherwise we’ll get a substitute ordered in from the Head Office, which normally takes a few days or so.
It’s really that simple. Additionally, our pre-designed tool kits predominantly built with BAHCO tools included, so if you have any issues we can switch those out too. We even cover the cases!
